In France you can't avoid the small, round, colorful cookies that tower in pastry shop windows. Macaroons. A delicate and delectable treat that comes in so many variations and flavor combo's it might be impossible to try them all.
Nikeela and I had been testing macaroons for the last two weeks and on her last day in France we decided to try and make them ourselves.
Maybe not the most beautiful macaroons they were at least tastey and many notes were taken to make them BETTER next time!

By now you know my name is Leah and I stunt motorcycles, so let me tell you some things you don’t know about me.
